I’ve struggled with my weight my whole adult life. I am one of those people that tends to eat my emotions. Agh! Do you know how that is? So, about 5 years ago I became chronically ill with fibromyalgia. From there more and more diagnoses kept coming. The big one is endometriosis! I tried all the medications and since I am sensitve I had horrible reactions to all of them. Finally, I decided it was time to see what changes to my diet could do for my illnesses.
My Journey to Wellness
For the last year I have been eliminating certain foods from my diet and exercising as much as my body will allow. Guess what? I lost 30 pounds and started feeling better! I am not cured and I am not claiming to cure you. I am however trying to optimize my diet and get as healthy as I can despite my diagnoses. I personally know how hard this can be, especially when your family doesn’t want to change the way they eat.
I became a health coach to first learn more about nutrition and how it works in my body (good and bad). My thirst for knowledge continues and I am continually trying to learn more about my body and its connection with nutrients. Now, I want to share that knowledge with you!

Whether you have a chronic illness or just want to change your eating habits I am qualified to help as a Certified Health Coach. I earned my credential through Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. I also am currently earning my psychology degree so that is another layer I bring to the table.
